Once we have received an enquiry, we will call the customer to talk through their location, requirements and discuss options including, colours, styles, types of deck boards etc.
When we have all the information we will produce a quotation, which will show a drawing of the decking area with all dimensions as well as specification. This will normally be produced within 24 hours from the initial conversation. Once sent this will be followed up with a phone call to check the customer has received the quotation and to see if they have any questions.
If the initial quote is accepted, we will arrange for a representative to come out and carry out a full site survey.
At the survey, they will go through with you the design and dimensions of the deck to check you are happy, along with showing you samples of the products and the colours to make sure you are happy with your choices.
It is also an opportunity to ask any final questions you may have, or information regarding the installation you want to make us aware of.
Prior to us coming to install the deck, we will let you know a date of installation, normally 2-3 weeks from point of order. Our installers will normally arrive 9am on the first day of installation depending on location. Most deck installs will take between 2-3 days and are always completed in consecutive days.
Once the installation is started, our installers won’t leave until it finished. If you are not in when the deck is finished, we will let you know the deck is completed, along with sending pictures of your completed deck.
