Jake is our Managing Director and has over 12 years experience in the decking industry. Before Blue Sky Decking, he owned and ran another decking company for 10 years which was sold through acquisition.
Jake oversees all aspects of Blue Sky Decking with a primary focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring every customer feels valued and is happy with the products and services provided.
Aaron is our Operations Manager and has 8 years' experience with UPVC decking and a further 10 years' experience in the construction industry. Aaron has extensive technical experience and vast knowledge of decking installation.
At Blue Sky Decking, he is responsible for a day to day running of the business with primary focus on all operational and technical areas.
Courtney is our Commercial Manager and has worked within the UPVC decking industry for six years. She has a wealth of experience in customer focused roles and has a passion for customer satisfaction.
